Next Saturday, 27 April, Orange Glow will take place for the second time in the Vrijthof.

None other than artists like Queen Must Go On, John Tana, A-Fever, Erwin and many more will come to turn the Vrijthof completely upside down on Saturday!

On Monday 29 April, the Maastricht Debate will take place in the Theater aan het Vrijthof, together with the accompanying election festival on the Vrijthof square. In the run-up to the European elections, the list leaders of the European parties will debate each other. The debate will take place in the theatre between 19:00 and 20:30 and will be broadcast on large screens on the Vrijthof.

  1. New website and logo

The website has been updated and has a new logo. The logo is based on the flag designed for the town centre over 11 years ago. See below.

The website of the Neighbourhood Network can now be found at binnenstadmaastricht.nl.

Our email address info@buurtnetwerkbinnenstad.nl remains the same.

  1. Vacancy secretary

Jesse Léger left us on 1 March due to the expansion of his business activities. The position of secretary is vacant. We thank Jesse for his commitment over the past year and his contribution to the Neighbourhood Network. If you are interested in this position or know someone who is, please contact us.

  1. Survey

A project group has been set up to work on the questions for the survey. The project group consists of representatives from Jekerkwartier, Kommelwartier, Céramique and the City Centre. As this is a careful process, the survey will not be launched until after the summer holidays. We will keep you informed of the exact date.
